Return & Exchange Policy

As each piece is made to order, we maintain a carefully curated production process to ensure every garment is prepared specifically for the customer.

Returns

Made-to-order and customized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be requested so that our team can review the issue. If the issue is verified as a production or dispatch error on our part, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another solution agreed upon by the brand.

Size & Measurements

For made-to-order pieces, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming their size before production. Once production has started, changes to measurements or design may not be possible.

Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellation is not permitted.

Sale & Customized Pieces

Sale items, customized pieces, personalized orders, and specially altered garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
